Статья посвящена проблеме совершенствования подходов к обеспечению социальной защищенности сотрудников органов внутренних делРоссийской Федерации, проходящих или проходивших службу в особых условиях. Рассматривается вопрос дифференцированного подхода к обеспечению социальных гарантий данной категории граждан и других членов социума. Освещаются современные проблемы в сфере исследования, связанные с недостаточным финансированием подразделений МВДРоссии, невозможностью обеспечения достойными жилищными условиями даже техсотрудников, которые обладают приоритетным правом на улучшение жилищной ситуации. В статье приводится аргументированная критика механизма единой социальной выплаты, предусмотренной для сотрудников органов внутренних дел, нуждающихся в улучшении жилищных условий. Рассматриваются жизненные ситуации, которые не позволяют действительно нуждающимся сотрудникам получить данную выплату. Затрагиваются вопросы несовершенства правового регулирования социальной защищенности сотрудников, принявших на себя риски, связанные с прохождением службы в особых условиях. Несмотря на то, что в целом правовое поле в исследуемой сфере достаточно хорошо структурировано, на взгляд автора, в немнедостает акцентированного внимания к темсотрудникам, которые не побоялись взять на себя риски и достойно справились с выполнением служебного долга при наступлении особых условий, техногенного, природного, военно-политического или иного характера. Автор приходит к выводам о том, что совершенствование социальных гарантий для служителей закона ‒ необходимый элемент правоохранительной системы, призванный укреплять безопасность государства и общества, обеспечивать высокий уровень престижа службы в органах внутренних делРоссийской Федерации, мотивировать действующих и будущих сотрудников на добросовестное выполнение долга в любых условиях, в томчисле, связанных с риском для жизни и здоровья.

The article is devoted to the problem of improving approaches to ensuring the social security of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation who are or have been serving in special conditions. The article discusses the issue of a differentiated approach to ensuring social guarantees for this category of citizens and other members of society. The article highlights the current problems in the field of research related to the insufficient funding of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the inability to provide decent housing conditions even for those employees whohave priority rights to improve their housing situation. The article provides a well-reasoned critique of the mechanism of a single social payment provided for employees of the internal affairs bodies whoneed to improve their housing № 2 ( - ) 2026. 68 conditions. The article examines life situations that prevent employees in need from receiving this payment. Italso addresses the issues of imperfect legal regulation of social protection for employees whohave taken on the risks associated with serving in special conditions. Despite the fact that the legal framework in this area is generally well-structured, the author believes that itlacks a focused attention to those employees whohave taken on the risks and performed their duties with dignity in the face of special conditions, whether they are of a technological, natural, military-political, or other nature. The author concludes that the improvement of social guarantees for lawenforcement officers is an essential element of the lawenforcement system, designed to strengthen the security of the state and society, ensure a high level of prestige for the service in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, and motivate current and future employees to perform their duties conscientiously in anyconditions, including those involving risks to life and health.
