<p>The article provides an overview of modern approaches to the prevention of eimeriosis (coccidiosis) in broiler chickens in industrial poultry farms. Itdiscusses non-specific measures (sanitary and hygienic measures, disinfection, deworming, and dehorning) and specific measures (the use of anti-eimeriosis drugs and vaccines). The article also provides a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of these methods based on data from domestic and foreign studies, including the works of E. V. Romanov (2021) and I. V. Nasonov (2021). Ithasbeen established that combined specific prophylaxis, including the use of coccidiostats and vaccines, demonstrates higher efficiency compared to non-specific prophylaxis, providing a 2-4% increase in livestock survival rate, a 3-5 g increase in average daily weight gain, and a 80-95% reduction in oocyst load. However, non-specific prophylaxis remains the primary method for preventing reinvasion. Recommendations for integrating methods to minimize economic losses have been proposed.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эймериоз</kwd><kwd>кокцидиоз</kwd><kwd>цыплята бройлеры</kwd><kwd>неспецифическая профилактика</kwd><kwd>кокцидиостатики</kwd><kwd>вакцины</kwd><kwd>эффективность</kwd><kwd>эпизоотология</kwd><kwd>птицеводство</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>eimeriosis</kwd><kwd>coccidiosis</kwd><kwd>broiler chickens</kwd><kwd>non-specific prevention</kwd><kwd>coccidiostats</kwd><kwd>vaccines</kwd><kwd>effectiveness</kwd><kwd>epizootiology</kwd><kwd>poultry farming</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Романов Е.
